The one daily ritual you must try

I recently looked at a colleague’s forearm – she’s 10 years. “Most importantly, it must be done daily and incorporated into your morning routine,” says spa director Jo Parker. “Start at the ankles and work up the body towards the heart, using firmer strokes on dry, stronger skin areas; lighter on more delicate spots; and go clockwise on your tummy. I always have a glass of water when I’ve finished, and then I jump in the shower.”
