AS ministers continue to battle with their biggest challenge since the Second World War, there are far too many commentators busy apportioning blame. That’s not to condemn genuine attempts to improve the situation, but the search for scapegoats is unacceptable when all of us, politicians included, are trying to do the best in unparalleled circumstances.
