Our daily bread
WE are fortunate in Buxted, where our wonderful farm shop buys bread-making flour, white and wholemeal, in large sacks and divides it into small bags for sale (Country Mouse, April 29). There is nothing more satisfying than the smell of newly baked bread and where the supermarkets fail, the small shops prevail. Long live shopping locally! Judith Sheard,
