Around eight years ago, I attended a car club invitational. This included a daylong car show, judging by participants and an awards banquet along with other activities, including a mini road rally and a day trip.

The day of the show, there was a car that I didn’t remember seeing at the prior two days’ events, and I later realized why. It was a was the “For Sale” signs on the windows. Did I mention the windows were also tinted? This was on a perfect summer day without a cloud in the sky, and the car was parked in a shaded area under an awning, not a tree. Obviously, the owner’s fear of enjoying the car precluded participating in the road rally and day trip.
