Harmonic Major scale has a distinct structure that doesn’t correspond to any of the Major, Harmonic Minor or Melodic Minor modes. Its closest relative is in fact the Major scale (Ionian) as it only contains one different note, giving it a familiar yet uncommon quality. So think of it as the Ionian mode with a b 6, so the intervals 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 become 1-2-3-4-5- b 6-7. To make this simpler to visualise on the guitar, think of C Major scale
