How to CREATE A WAIST

I always thought having narrow hips was a good thing. But after baby number two my waist went completely AWOL and I realised it really wasn’t. What I’ve been left with couldn’t be further from an hourglass shape. It’s not even boyish or athletic, and I’m neither fat nor thin. The harsh reality is I don’t really go in at the middle. There, I’ve said it.
