Please Tell Them To Stop

WHAT SHOULD YOU do as a good citizen if you see someone mutilating a coin or a bank note?

According to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas or Philippine National Bank Iloilo Deputy Director Joanne Marie Castelo, “Please tell them to stop.” Castelo said putting ‘markings’ of any sort on bank notes is also considered intentional mutilation.
