Going from Olympic dream to isolation

I am not entirely sure how I could have prepared my neighbours ahead of what they will witness from our house isolation in the next thee weeks.

Zwift has been set up in my back garden, “RIDE ON!” has been shouted numerous times, my boyfriend Alex and I have really embraced singing out loud throughout the whole thing, just to keep morale alive. My wheelie bins are now being used as
