As a cyclist, you’re probably no great fan of the gym. Flexing in front of mirrors just isn’t your thing. Besides, it takes a chunk of time out of your day, is costly, often overcrowded, and quite simply you’d rather be out on your bike. But now we’re locked down, only allowed to ride alone and technically just as once-a-day light exercise, home-based alternatives are suddenly far more appealing – there’s only so much Zwifting you can healthily do, after all.
