‘One of the best this year’

TO conclude my articles on hunts across the country, we thought it in keeping to highlight the achievements of a couple who, while not actually retiring from the front line of running a country, nor of kennelling the hounds, are stepping back from actually hunting hounds themselves. They are Graham and Lynsey Higgins at the East Cornwall on Bodmin Moor.
