    MOTORSPORT UK LAUNCHES £1MILLION SUPPORT FUND

    Clubs have welcomed Motorsport UK’s decision to provide a £1million fund to support organisers during the difficulties posed by the coronavirus pandemic.

    The governing body last month announced that it was suspending all of its event permits until at least the end of June in the wake of the escalating COVID-19 crisis – a move that has created significant economic difficulties for clubs.

    In response, Motorsport UK announced last week that clubs would be able to apply for funding to help survive the tough spell. Clubs are invited to apply for either a loan
