Thrilled

A quarter-inch layer of dust covered a bottle of Prosecco in my refrigerator. This held significance for two reasons. One: I had no idea dust could accumulate inside a major appliance which got used daily. Two: There was an unopened bottle of booze in the house.

Stashed away for when I signed with a literary agent, this preemptive celebratory bottle represented
