Stumped by Coleman garden plow

Can you help me? I have tried for hours to research this Coleman garden plow, built by Coleman Garden Plow, Dothan, Alabama, many years ago! It has a 3hp Briggs & Stratton engine.

In the process of deconstructing some of the, which included an article titled, “Roger Welsch defends our honor: Ten reasons to trust in rust.” I am a long-time reader and patron of the local Tractor Supply Co., where I find your magazine on the newsstand, because there is always something I need there. This sounds like one of Roger’s pearls.
