OVER THE PAST seven years, the upholstery in our caravan has taken a bit of a battering from the children. Sandy wet swimsuits and sticky fingers have all left their mark.
Caravanners who tour with their pets can find themselves in a similar situation, where their wet, muddy dog has come in from a walk and jumped straight onto the furniture. In this case, their claws might have snagged the material, too.
First impressions
When you step inside a caravan, new or old, one of the first things to catch your eye is the pattern, colour and condition of the upholstery.
