WHAT SHOULD I DO TO REPAIR A DELAMINATED REAR PANEL?

Q I was rather alarmed recently to discover a fairly substantial bulge - about a foot long and a couple of inches wide - on the side panel of my 2004-model-year motorhome.

I visited my nearest dealer but they weren’t exactly helpful in sorting it out - apparently it’s delamination, and they said that there’s nothing much they can do about it. What do you think? I’ve got to admit I’m concerned. Jonathan Sullivan
