To mask, or not to mask? That is the question.
And it needs an answer — YES — right away.
Look at photographs or video of people walking in the Czech Republic or Hong Kong, two countries where the Covid-19 epidemic appears to be contained, and almost everyone is wearing a face mask. In the United States, by contrast, only when they are out in public.
