Each successful advocates of growing and cooking nutrient-dense food in their own right, Kay Baxter and daughter Amber Rose are now working together to further their ‘real food’ message. Kay, 67, an organic gardening pioneer and co-founder, with her partner Bob Corker, of seed-saving organisation Koanga Institute, has collected the Southern Hemisphere’s largest collection of heritage seeds. Amber, 39, is a food writer and stylist with four cookbooks to her name and a list of former clients that includes Kate Moss, Jude Law and Sadie Frost, and Gwyneth Paltrow.
