    Olympics to be postponed

    Many have been asking for weeks, and now it seems we have an answer: the 2020 Tokyo Olympics will not be going ahead as planned, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Speaking to USA Today, International Olympic Committee member Dick Pound said, “On the basis of the information the IOC has, postponement has been decided.” However, exactly what that looks like is yet to be seen. “The parameters going forward have not been determined, but the Games are not going to start on July 24, that much I know,” Pound added.
