When Julia Bradbury celebrates her 50th birthday this July, she’ll do so with confidence, sass and the knowledge that the past ten years have been some of her best.
“It has been one of the most exciting decades of my life because of motherhood,” says the TV presenter, who has an eight-year-old son, Zephyr, and five-year-old twin daughters Xanthe and Zena.
“I was in my 40s when I had my children and feel I have a sense of duty to my kids to be fun, engaged and have a curiosity for life. I don’t want to be an old mum.”
