This tutorial works from the assumption that you’re bouncing regions previously assigned to virtual instruments (in this case, Alchemy). There’s no reason why all of this can’t be applied to music that has been recorded in as audio – like drums, guitar or hardware synthesizers – especially where you want the part to have a deliberately ‘modified’ or ‘edited’ feel.
CUT AND PASTE
