Before beginning any design project, architect Akshat Bhatt asks himself one critical question. Does the design process even need to begin? He looks at the project critically, almost resists diving into it, until the project itself provides reasoning enough for him to draw a conclusion. After undergoing various levels of discussions within his studio, he carefully treads each step of planning, structuring, detailing, and programming.

The founder of 12-year-old Architecture Discipline, Bhatt had two early experiences that have now come to define his career.
