FEEL LIKE A QUEEN

WHEN YOU’VE HAD a frenetic week, the perfect icing to kick off the weekend is a blissful session of R&R. I head to the Jiva Spa at Taj Palace, New Delhi on a Friday evening. Spread over 13,000 square two-hour treatment for deep relaxation. I readily oblige. After a cup of detox tea made with honey, jaggery and lemon, I am introduced to my therapist, Pema. She’s from Bhutan and has been with Jiva for the past two years. As she guides me to my treatment room, a sense of calm engulfs.
