These mini skillets hold the perfect make-ahead appetizer that can be personalized for each guest. Simply roll 1 (8-ounce) log goat cheese in 2 tablespoons finely chopped mixed dried fruit; roll another (8-ounce) log goat cheese in 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs and ground black pepper.
