Victoria’s finest
The HIA-CSR Victorian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards acknowledge the talent of designers, builders and building companies who plan and construct quality new housing, renovations and more. As in previous years, the winners of the 2019 awards exemplified the highest level of craftsmanship.
The HIA-CSR Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards are open to all members of the HIA. Projects are judged on a range of specific criteria, including quality of workmanship, design effectiveness, visual appeal, innovation, environmental sustainability and market relevance. In 2019, Visioneer Builders took out the HIACSR Victorian Home of the Year award for a spectacular project in Melbourne’s inner suburbs. This was the second year running the company won the prestigious award.
“The Housing Industry Association would like to congratulate all winners and finalists,” says Fiona Nield, HIA Victorian Regional Executive Director. “HIA members continue to produce world-class homes of absolutely stunning quality and the HIA is proud to focus the spotlight on the very best builders and best homes each year through the HIA-CSR Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards.”
