SHOOTING WITH A CAMERA

Do you have photos and videos of yourself shooting, either competing or training? Visual images are a great aid to your development. You can often pick up on things that you could not take in at the time. Indeed a coach can use them to help you better understand something they have been talking to you about.

A photo is a snapshot of an instant, while a video gives you an action record. There can be lots of great information in both.
