Mr Sharad Shah walked into my clinic describing discomfort in the stomach since a few days. On examination and medical history, nothing seemed to be relevant, so I intruded further. It seemed that he had recently become a dad of a two-month-old baby, and was overjoyed with his bundle of joy. But, he said he was Fathers didn't know that men could suffer from PPD, and were surprised to learn others experienced it. So preparing them for this phase could help.
