Some experiences we have are not able to be captured by a photo, but luckily there are other things that can trigger a memory. Have a think about what you want to record and see if there is something related to it that can be added to your page. For birthday or wedding memories can you add candles, cake trimmings or room decorations to your page? For memories of a special night out can you add a restaurant’s business card or drink coaster? Keep your eyes open for smaller, memory-invoking items
