LAPSTONE SPORTS PRECINCT
Blue Mountains City Council has completed a review of traffic conditions in Lapstone’s Explorers Road and Governors Drive precinct which identified a number of changes to address traffic flow and parking.
The review recommended parking restrictions and the installation of a kiss and ride zone and physical road barriers.
Further changes are also expected following a public review by locals.

NEW CITIZENS
Thirty-seven Blue Mountains residents became Australian citizens in the middle of this year.
The Citizenship Ceremony was run by Blue Mountains City Council on behalf of the Minister for Home Affairs.
Council holds four to five ceremonies per year,
