Stop: horrible logic at work
It is with a certain sense of bemusement that Forward Vision surveys some of the commentary around the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator’s call for a considered response to Chain of Responsibility (COR) risks. Bemusement but not surprise. And that goes for the behaviour that sparked the call as well.
