WESTERN AUSTRALIA PENALISES BHP FOR TRUCK DRIVER INJURY

A lack of warnings about a flood-damaged road that caused a truck driver’s back injuries has landed mining giant BHP a $50,000 fine.

The company pleaded guilty in the Perth’s Magistrate Court for the incident
