SKIN

Now’s the time to start seriously looking at your skincare routine. Invest in a high-quality cleanser, toner, serum, night cream and a day cream with an SPF of at least 15 to kick-start your skin shape-up. The key is to use the right products to nourish your skin type – ask your beauty therapist if you’re unsure about what this is.

DIET

A year out is also a good time to give your diet an overhaul by incorporating more antioxidant-loaded dark
