James, how did you come to know the Newman family?

JC: Nell and I met in college. It was a tiny school in Maine and we were both studying human ecology. Nell enrolled under her childhood acting name of Nell Potts and I had no idea who her parents were but I loved how she drove her car. She’d race into the parking lot and slam on the hand-brake and then throw me this “what are you staring at” look. I was hooked, chased her, eventually caught her, and we dated for 10 years.
