A QUARTZ REVOLUTION
This magazine is a celebration of all things mechanical and wrist-mounted. In fact, the house catchphrase is: “Celebrating the machine with a heartbeat”. And so, I am taking a risk writing an article that is focused on the antithesis of what we stand for – quartz watches. However, I do have a caveat. These watches are arguably the most over-engineered quartz watches ever, they look cool and they were made by Rolex. Now we are all clear, let’s take a closer look at the fabulous Rolex Oysterquartz, one of the funkiest watches to ever come out of Wilsdorf’s World.
