What Does the Law Say?
My wife and I are both 80-years-old and recently had unwelcome visitors in our garage during the night so wondered what the law has to say about using a firearm if there are intruders.
They have become brazen and, from what we gather, never work alone. So, IF I had a pistol or other firearm, can I use it to protect myself, and if “YES”, under what conditions?
At what stage may we fire a shot at an intruder? Must we wait for them to actually break down a door and first gain entry
