rints have long been used in Britain to disseminate hard-hitting political and social commentary, whereas ceramics are rarely as confrontational. Many exceptions are among the pugnacious mugs, jugs and plates selected for , a display at the British Museum, London, from 12 January to 11 March 2018, supported by the Monument Trust.
