RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE
Whip up this power packed smoothie in the morning. Serves 1
■ Raspberries, 150g
■ Spinach 60g
■ Cinnamon 1tsp
■ Non-dairy milk 200ml, (hemp, rice, oat or almond)
■ Chia or linseeds 2tsps
