Location, surface exploitation, and the features demanded by clients are molding development activity. Construction activity differs from area to area and even between regions in the same area. MAZRAA TOPS THE LIST

The highest development activity among the cazas was recorded in Mazraa, which accounts for 70 percent of the new projects in Beirut alongside Ashrafieh, Ras, Project Manager at Highland Construction Group. In Metn, which accounts for 29 percent of the overall activity, development activity is broadly distributed among the regions, with Dekouaneh recording the highest number of new projects. Dekouaneh is in high demand, according to , Owner of Mikhael for Engineering and Construction, a development company which has an ongoing project in the area. Ballouneh has the highest number of new projects in Kesrouan, while Jbeil in Jbeil caza and Jiyeh in Shouf represent the best performing areas in their districts. The largest number of new projects in Aley caza was recorded in Shoueifat.
