AUSTRALIAN-BORN actor Hugh Jackman has been diagnosed with skin cancer six times – he even once attended the May 2014 premiere of his movie, who urges people to wear sunscreen (something he says he never did growing up in Australia) told US magazine in 2015 that he had four skin cancers removed within 18 months, all of them basal cell carcinomas. He has since been diagnosed twice again and now has check-ups every three months. According to Cancer Council Australia, the country has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world.
