FLUID FLIPPERS FOR EVERYDAY CARRY

While there’s some disagreement over who invented the flipper blade-opening design—indeed, a case can be made for rattail friction folders—there’s no argument that BLADE Magazine Cutlery Hall of Fame member Kit Carson popularized it, first on his custom knives, and later, through his M16 design for CRKT.
