THE HAPPY BEAUTY of ‘Heavenly Blue’ morning glory (Ipomoea tricolor) really is unequalled. Its vines curl along the deck railing outside our living room window, delivering the day’s bouquet of fresh, delicate trumpets of the clearest sky blue, throats awash in crayon yellow.
