Built in 1882 and located twenty-eight kilometres south-east of Melbourne’s CBD, Stamford Park Homestead has been uninhabited since 1987. Seasoned restaurateur Jason Jones and interior designer and partner Brahman Perera have lovingly restored the homestead over the past three years into a cafe, restaurant and grounds.
