Meditation for fear

Many of us practise meditation for its relaxation benefits, but a small study from Denmark has found that the practice can also help us control negative emotions. Twenty-six participants were placed into either an experimental or control group. The former participated in a four-week mindfulness training programme consisting of short breath work or meditation through the Headspace app, while the latter did not.
