Anyone who participates in sport runs the risk of injury; however, well-programmed training can not only reduce the risk but it can assist in injury prevention. Recently I had a chat with Grant Jenkins of PropelPerform in Brisbane (propelperform.com). Grant is a renowned athletic coach and an expert in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
