SNOWY BOUND
One of the rides that we look forward to each year is the Ride to the Snowy Ride Adventure. It’s a long name but allow me to explain what it’s about.
The ride we do, led and organised by Andrew ‘Clubby’ Clubb and supported by Clive ‘the Professor’ Ward, is an off-road affair that starts just south of Sydney and makes its way to Thredbo where it meets up with the road-based Honda Snowy Ride. Established in 2001, the Honda Snowy Ride does an amazing job supporting the Steven Walter Children’s Cancer Foundation (SWCCF), created in memory of NSW junior enduro racer Steven Walter who was diagnosed with cancer at age 11 and passed away at 19 years of age.
