Naked spring CLEANING
When I was young and flatting in Wellington, we once analysed our weekly shop and realised we spent more on non-edible cleaners and toiletries than actual food. It was the start of a 30-year journey analysing and decreasing what I really need in this line.
It has come down to toilet paper and tampons.
The bare basics
Toilet paper is simply essential. Right up there with air and water. It doesn’t have to be bleached and virgin forest, but it does have to be new. That I once threw sea lettuce all over my fruit trees, which promptly bleached white in
