This time of year puts us smack bang in the middle of mango season, which is just one of the many things I love about January (it’s team, Kathryn, who came to us from the UK, bemoaned the fact that while she mangoes ‘they are so incredibly messy to eat!’. Below on the left, you can see, Kathryn’s attempt at eating a mango, which was, to be fair, a bit too ripe. And on the right, how Kathryn’s next mango looked after the rest of us Aussies on the team gave her a lesson in mango cubing. How delicious!
