THE REDEMPTION OF FLORENCE

It’s amazing how much can change in twelve months. At the same venue last year, the previously impenetrable veneer of John John Florence was pierced. The questionable (non-surfing) tactics by fellow Hawaiian Zeke Lau left the likeable champ shaken and vulnerable.
