How to give your old Android a new look

NEW ANDROID RELEASES keep on coming, and now we have Android 10 building on the big changes introduced in 9 (Pie). But most of us have trusty devices running earlier versions of Android, so we are missing out on these goodies. And while smartphone manufacturers usually roll out updates for their newer models, tablets and older phones are generally stuck with earlier versions of their operating system for life.
