How to create your own Android Apps without coding

THIS ANDROID HOW-TO explores new territory for many readers, but we really wanted to answer the questions: Can you create a mobile device app without becoming a programmer? Is it affordable, and is it worth the effort?

It all started when an app-building app randomly came up while searching the Google Play store, and a simple way to build apps seemed worth investigation.

THERE ARE OTHER APP-BUILDING PLATFORMS, INCLUDING APPYPIE.COM, SHOUTEM.COM AND APPSHEET.COM. THEY ALL OFFER FREE TRIALS, BUT CONTINUING THEN GETS EXPENSIVE. MEANWHILE, SIBERIANCMS IS OPEN SOURCE, HAS A GENUINE FREE PLAN, AND SEEMS WELL SUPPORTED.

That first app was indeed free, but the other services required to create and publish were quite pricey, so we did not go down
