WHAT IS YOUR FIRST MEMORY OF TRAVELLING? I didn’t travel in an aeroplane or overseas until I was about 14 years old, when I went to Europe for a month with my sister and mum.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT TRAVEL? Experiencing new cuisines and learning to cook in those countries. While travelling and gathering inspiration for, I did many cooking classes and tours so that I could learn about local ingredients and recipes. Having gained all these ideas and skills, I had fun in the kitchen fusing together recipes and ingredients from different parts of the world.
